Hi @Muppets69, things sound really tough at the moment and I'm sorry about that. I know it can be so easy to not see someones mental health struggles if they appear fine on the outside, but this doesn't necessarily help the person that needs support.

It must be so hard having so much going on around your head in one go, I know I would find that extremely stressful. Have you tried writing things down? This might help to process some of the emotions you are feeling.

Please do check in with us if you need support. :)

Good morning @Muppets69, how are you doing today?
I understand how difficult it can be to feel like your fighting every single day. Have you seen a doctor recently about this?

    Hugs.
Do you have any friends or not? Keep talking to us. It does ultimately get better eventually. If you need to vent do not hesitate. Are you seeing a therapist or counseller? It might make a significant difference. You might also take up some form of light exercise.
Try writing things down in addition. A diary works best.
If you are in Surrey, call the Mary Frances Trust for advice and support. Or ring MIND. You do not have to suffer in silence.
For more information visit this link https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/mental-health-services/how-to-access-mental-health-services/
Talk to your GP too. They might be able to prescribe medication for you as well. Ask for a referral to mental health services.

It may seem like an uphill battle each and every day, but almost everyone has to wage these inner battles.
