hi my name is Belinda was wondering what everyone does when they get low from being in pain constantly

Hello @Redbel75!
You need to talk to your doctor who can recommend meds for you to try. Often pain requires a multi pronged treatment approach. When something is not working, try other options. Counselling may help you too. Have you tried a hotwater bottle or heat pad at night in bed as well? That may work. Exercise helped me somewhat too. Other possible options include a change of mindset, a TENS machine, prayers, or a pain management course additionally which may be recommended.
