in Start here and say hello!
Hello, my name is Amanda and I am thirty nine and a married mum of three. 

I suffer with chronic back pain which I have had for around twelve years now so have come here for advice and support.

Just a quick intro x

    Hiya @Mummymacd and welcome  :)
    I'm quite new here myself. You will find it a very supportive and friendly place. In fact, I think I'm becoming hooked!  :D

    I also have long term back pain from prolapsed intervertebral disc, spondylosis (in the same spot) and osteoarthritis. 

    At the moment I'm trying a painkiller called Zydol (prolonged - release) which is actually working quite well.
    Apparently can be addictive so I am limiting to bad days. 

    Swimming is good, do you manage to go ?
