Hello I’m new on here hope to get some advice about awful assessment my son has just had, been refused pip.

Talk to CAB tomorrow morning and ask for advice on your next steps. They are a good source of information on all things benefits. They can also advise you further on the proper appeal procedures to follow.

Hi thanks for answering so quick. Yes I have rung the pip office and said I want to see the assessment and want to appeal. They are sending them to me. Thanks0

Thank you Adrian my son is so depressed thinking no one believes him. He has never ever claimed anything before .0
