in Start here and say hello!
I live in County Durham although I'm from Essex but prefer the slower pace of life up north.  It was after we moved up north (2009) that I found out I suffer with osteoarthritis in my right hip.  Now I have osteoarthritis in both hips, knees, ankles, hands and right wrist which I refuse to stop me living as normal a life as possible. 
Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome.
