These three charities are mental health ones I used.
Very good lots of information and signposting, support . Help with anything additional disabilities as well mental health and benefits.

https://www.rethink.org.
Last one advocate service useful with medical professionals having problems. Intervene and speak on your behalf.
Some of the charities might not be in all areas.
You can self refer or speak to your GP looking at finding mental health charities close to you your areas. Some are on line, type in your postcode.
