A walking frame for one handed people

I am a student doing my Design and Technology A-Level, and I was just wondering whether anybody has or knows someone with difficulty balancing, or someone with only one arm. I have noticed that although there are a lot of walking frames around, there is a general lack of walking frames for people with only one arm that offer the needed support. If possible, could you please comment what problems you find with either having one arm or with using walking frames.

Hi @sophiabatey and a very warm welcome to the community! Great to have you here.
I have two hands but one of them is affected by cerebral palsy which means it is pretty weak and has limited function. When I have had to use a walker in the past I had it adapted so it could be used with one hand in the middle of the frame or my weaker are had a plate so I could use it by resting my forearms on a platform.
