I'm sorry to read you feel lonely; something that can affect many people here, which is why it's nice to chat here sometimes. Do let us know if there's anything we can help you with, & I hope the wait for your PIP assessment isn't much longer.

Hello @funkyunicorn76 You have been in the wars, haven't you? I'm sorry to hear of your troubles but hope you will be able to find a lot of new friends here at Scope Tell me what kind of things do you interested in or rather what you would like to be doing if you were more able? There is nothing more frustrating watching somebody (who means to be kind) taking over what you want to do! Do you like reading? I'm addicted to backgammon online at the moment Denise

Hello @funkyunicorn76 Pleased to meet you.
Sorry to hear what your going through.
Please can I ask are you receiving any support regarding mental health.
Might be worth looking at if not.
Often mental health charities have social activities meet others like yourself.
Offer floating support and suggest ideas, involvement in your care.
Look at anything given you need help, support with use in house advisors, benefit and wellbeing advice.
Welfare employment and training, education possibilities.
Does help a lot to cope with your issues.
As the charities often have coping methods and strategies to help, guide you.
Take clientele with additional disabilities, conditions and illness.
You can self refer or speak to your GP.
Might not be in all areas.
These three I used.
