Hi everyone and Happy Easter even though we are all probably isolating.I’m hoping for suggestions for online exercising as I am suffering a lot of pain as I can’t do my physio.Feeling isolated and very alone ?

You come to the right place for friendship and chat, support.
I use the forum every day meet many people like my self. I live alone too.
Many have become friends and we speak every day.

Exercise mentioned please look at Tai Chi I do this myself have an addiction history lost muscles in pain, can not use gyms so do this.
Called Tai Chi warm up.
Slow movements to music of your choosing look on line just type in Tai Chi do this ten minutes every morning up to twenty minutes not exhausting or tiring.

Hi @Georgie164 and welcome to the Community. It's nice to meet you. I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so isolated. It is a very difficult time we are going through so it's understandable to feel this way. The links above will be great I think and may help you a lot and I do Tai Chi myself like @thespiceman so would definitely recommend this as a really good form of exercise. Also you can find some online exercising on YouTube which you may find helpful too. You are amongst friends here so you will always find someone to chat to on the forum.
