Hi everyone and Happy Easter even though we are all probably isolating.
I’m hoping for suggestions for online exercising  as I am suffering a lot of pain as I can’t do my physio.

Hi @Georgie164 and a very warm welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you have been feeling isolated. Is there anything we can do to help?

You might find the coffee lounge a good place to connect with others. :)

Hi @Georgie164 and welcome to the Community.  It's nice to meet you.  I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so isolated.  It is a very difficult time we are going through so it's understandable to feel this way.  The links above will be great I think and may help you a lot and I do Tai Chi myself like @thespiceman so would definitely recommend this as a really good form of exercise.  Also you can find some online exercising on YouTube which you may find helpful too.  You are amongst friends here so you will always find someone to chat to on the forum.  Everyone is lovely and supportive.  I hope you enjoy your time with us anyway and please keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on.  I hope you enjoy the exercises!  Wishing you all the best.
