  Hi @karl2020 and welcome also from me to the Community.  It's nice to meet you.  I'm sorry to hear about your health struggles, but we are all here to support you and you are amongst new friends.  So please chat to us anytime you feel like it as there will always be someone here to listen.  I hope you have found the above link which @chiareds provided to be helpful.  You will find some lovely people on here and I hope you find our Community to be a friendly and useful place to be.  I look forward to seeing you on here anyway.  If we can be of any help at all to you then please just let us know.  All the best.
