Hi everyone ? I’m Emily and I have joined Scope because I’m hoping to find and give support. I was diagnosed with an eating disorder, OCD and depression in 2017 although there were symptoms long before diagnosis. I’m trying to recover from bulimia and make steps towards a more positive future in which a healthy attitude towards myself and my body seems achievable!!

In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies (horror in particular) and cooking for my family. I have two cats called Jelly and Andrea. I love music across a range of genres and I enjoy going to gigs.

Pleased to meet another bookworm; what sort of books do you enjoy? I enjoy films too (but not horror!), cooking, gardening & music, & have a cat called Shadow. I hope you enjoy being part of the community, & thank you for joining.
