Hello, my name is Andrew. I'm a Trainee Psychologist. I would like your help to find out what it it like to have an Annual Health Check.
Using video chat I would like to ask people with a learning disability:
- What is it like to have an Annual Health Check?
- What is good about an Annual Health Check?
- What would make an Annual Health Check better?
You can show this picture to someone you trust if you want to talk about it.
If you have a learning disability and want to be in the study, or if you want to know more, you can call, text, or message me on Whatsapp. My number is 07915 944 329. You can also email me at bodelj@uni.coventry.ac.uk.
Thank you for reading this post. I hope to talk to you soon.
