Dear whomever it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of a group of 3rd year TCD Mechanical and Manufacturing engineers. For a college project we have decided to research on overcrowding in public transport and attempt to create something to help avoid this. The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes. Any and all information is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @juwon
This sounds great, I have emailed you to request a little more information before we allow it on the community though.
If you could respond to me that would be brilliant.
