Hi @paulfreyman - & welcome to the community. Whilst it's appreciated that you were trying to help from your own experience, you were not to know that samfits has previously caused some confusion with their posts to a few of us. As mentioned, advice had already been given, & samfits had had their query presumably answered.I'm still confused, as they say, 'money won't be taken from your PIP as the standing order is in place' then later say, 'a DD is in place now so I'm happy,' after apparently ringing debt management, if you read through this post in its entirety.Don't let this put you off from posting.....most members are not so confusing!
