Hi @LJW28 - & welcome to the community. Here's a link to Scope's Employment services mentioned above: https://www.scope.org.uk/employment-services/ Hope this may help, but if you have any other questions, or we can support you in any way, please let us know.

Hello and welcome @LJW28 How are you today?
We certainly can help Deaf people to find jobs. Here's a link to the Finding jobs webpage @janer1967 mentioned, that has information on application form filling, job websites and reasonable adjustments amongst many other things.
While @charieds link takes you to a webpage with details of all Scope's various employment services on (in England and Wales). These are free to use and our aim is to support disabled people into work.
Is this for yourself? What kind of employment are you looking for? Good luck

I would really like to try and find a business work at home jobs with your help . Thank for help -
That's great @LJW28 and now is a good time to be looking as more jobs are available working from home.
I'd recommend you give the links above a little nosey and consider signing up to Scope's Support to Work programme. Also, this recent thread called 'Are you looking for a new job or fancying a career change?' has some helpful pointers in it too
