  Hello @Jaskolowska1 - & welcome to the community. I'm OK thank you,& hope you are the same. Yes, it has not been a great year due to Covid-19, & I'm sure we are all hoping next year will become a better one.

  Voluntary work is certainly a great way to start, & you could have a look at https://www.charityjob.co.uk/   which is mentioned in the first link, & has a section on volunteering. I hope you find something, & please let us know how you get on.
