Hi @ssutton1998
I hope you don't feel like I'm following you about the community
I don't have Cerebral palsy and wouldn't be able to confidently answer your question, but I know our resident CP Specialist Information Officer could. I'll tag him in @Richard_Scope so he can see your post the next time he's around the community.
I also wondered if you'd spotted our adverts for the fortnightly online zoom chat our members with CP (20 years plus) go to. Here's a link containing more information for you to have a nosey at and there's no pressure to attend either way.

Hi @ssutton1998
Great to virtually meet you.
The neurological aspect of our disability doesn't change but the physical aspect can as we age. This is partly due to wear and tear on our joints. This is some called Post-Impairment Syndrome.
There are things that we can do to slow this down though. Things like staying active, maintaining a healthy body weight for your build and stretches.
If you are experiencing fatigue, I would always be cautious and mention it to your G.P. just to investigate for any other reasons for the tiredness before we blame it all on CP. Again, if CP is the cause of the fatigue this can be managed by planning workloads and activity and remembering that rest days are important (something I'm terrible at).
Please try not to worry. We're here to support you.
