in Start here and say hello!
Hi I have just signed up. I spoke to a lovely lady at scope yesterday and her email introduced me to this community. I am really nervous about this. My disability is depression, anxiety and arthritis. I am 61 years old. ?

    hi, thank you for your welcome. I’m pretty low at the moment. I have a lot going on and no energy to cope with it all. ?
