Hi I was meant to have had a fast track payment made yesterday before 12am and nothing has gone into my bank any ideas why and obviously I can’t ring them now as shut on Saturday

I'm sorry that this has happened, and although it might be of small comfort, it's been known for payments to go in after midnight Sun/early Monday. Are you able to manage okay in the meanwhile, for instance food-wise?

Hi there
You may find they are open Saturday morning they sometimes are more as a catch up for backlogs
It might just be them making outgoing calls though but I di know people have had contact on Saturday -
It seems that a few people have been missed in recent days, the payment will be a "clerical"payment which usually takes from a few hours to a day.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
