Hi, my name is kittypotts and starting Ehcp tribunal

I’m currently starting a right of appeal to name a school in my son ehcp, he is in a mainstream and is starting to plateau in learning, the school and I are in agreement that he needs to make the move to a special school, he has autism, global communication delay and sensory behaviour issues, I wanted to know how people’s experience of the tribunal played out, I can’t seem to find examples anywhere in other forums, I want to know if the LA conceded to you or if you went all the way to the tribunal and the process.I did read on special needs jungle website that 95%of cases, parents won, if any could help me, that would be so great.
