I am 36 years old and have battled with depression and anxiety all my life.

I have recently been diagnosed with Autism to be more specific Aspergis.

Any support or information anyone can provide will be extremely helpful.

Looking to make friendly and respectful connections online.

    There is also the specialist charity websites you might find helpful like autistic society

    You might like to start by taking a look in our categories for discussions relating to autism and Asperger's syndrome, and mental health problems. You can also chat with our other members about anything you like in the coffee lounge.

    Did you have any specific questions you wanted to ask? Getting a new diagnosis can bring up lots of feelings and questions, so please feel free to share these whenever you feel comfortable to :)

    Are you currently receiving any support for your mental health?
