Olives are one of my favourite snacks, they go nice with a beer

Ewww no I hate olives, taste like washing up liquid. Good for you tho -

Cheat day today Brussels pate and tomato bagels. Lunch beef and veg soup

I just eat cereal with coffee. The housing company provides free cereal, milk, coffee, tea and sugar for their tenants.

Tinned tomatoes on toast because I have to use other half tin up from yesterday, a nice cuppa

Will have a slice of lemon drizzle cake with a cuppa mid day

I choose a lie in over breakfast today.

fasting through breakfast
lunch will be a green juice - cucumber spinach kale apple cider vingegar and lemon and flaxseed as ive got a big dinner of pork belly tonight which is tons of calories -
Ive not had breakfast much this week but it’s more down to feeling a bit unwell.

I had no electric this morning only just come back on
Made me hungry for some reason so going to have some toast and a hot drink finally -
Yoghurt for breakfast today
Banana for lunch
Salad for dinner
Healthy day -
