Hi @Cudjoes - welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. I'm sorry you recently had a stroke; how are you managing now? Have you had physiotherapy, or are you still getting seen by a physio? What was your sick note for; is it to do with Universal Credit? Please let us know if you have any questions.
