Welcome to the community @Suzy1067 How was your weekend?
It's great to have you on board. Would you like to start off by telling us a bit about yourself?
As Janer1967 has said, please feel free to join in with any discussions that catch your eye, or start your own. Two good places to start are the coffee lounge, and our list of recent discussions. You can view all of the categories of discussion we have here on the categories page.
Please let us know if you need anything at all. -
Hi,
I had a nice weekend thank you.
I am 55 years old and live in Cornwall and up until January 2021 I worked remotely as a Costs Lawyer. My life turned upside down as a result of a bleed to the right side of my brain. I have made good progress but still suffer with severe fatigue, short term memory loss and concentration issues resulting in anxiety. I am so pleased to see that awareness of 'hidden disabilities' is being promoted (I found this site as a result of ad on ITV). -
Oh it's good to hear you've found us through the ITV ad @Suzy1067
I'm glad you've made good progress, but can imagine that dealing with those symptoms must be difficult. Are you receiving enough support from your medical team to help manage those symptoms? -
Hi @Suzy1067 - & welcome to this friendly & supportive community. Great you found the community from the TV ad.
