hi @weejon good evening and a very warm welcome to scope, have you asked your GP to refer you to the pain clinic at the local hospital ?2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
-
Yes I have been referred but think about a 3 month waiting list but doc trying to fast track it
-
Good evening to you woodbine can we discuss our back problems to see if any are the same or close to much appreciated
-
Any review people have with spinal stenosis plz
-
Hi and welcome to the community
There are lots members have back pain who will discuss with you
Have you thought of seeing a chiropractor at all -
Hi janer thanks for reply just new here had my problems from March 2021 just wondering how people cope with chronic pain
-
My doc advised me to stay away from chiropractor as my spine is narrowing in too many places
-
OK strange as chiropractor are more specialised in this area than a general practitioner but your gp knows your case so I can't comment
Was just a suggestion from my own experience seeing one was the best thing I ever did -
Many thanks for your reply I did go to one b4 I went to docs and for scan but they told me cos my muscles were so tight at that time there wasn't much they could do if they touched me even with a finger tip I jumped in the air thats how sensitive my back was and still is can't even sit back on a chair if there's any pressure against it sorry for blabbing on lol
