Hi @Harlemgurl300
Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. I especially appreciate that you have already found the courage to reach out to us. I always appreciate how much courage it must take to reach out, especially for the first time.
Setbacks can feel frustrating as they can often make us feel like we have gone back to square one. In these moments I think it is important to remember how far you have already come and that life is a rollercoaster.
Would you like to talk about how the setback has made you feel / ways that you usually cope with setbacks?
As I said to someone earlier, I truly believe in the phrase fall down seven times stand up eight times. I hope you are feeling better soon!
Take care for now and I will look forward to hopefully hearing from you again soonCommunity Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's. Pronouns: She/her.
