in Start here and say hello!
lived in jersey from 1974  to 1980, spent alot of time in the bagot as i did seasonal work wit alot of people in bagot laundry accross the road, would love to hear stories xx

    Hi @janemegan - & welcome to the community. Jersey sounds like a lovely place to have lived back then, as I remember holidaying there with my parents a little earlier than you mention.

    i knew remember mary and joe used torun the pub and 1 of the barstaff was ann from manchester, she was besotted with johnny pallow who used to catch the crabs for her lol
