The housing element is based on rent of £407.03. Is that the correct amount? ( the weekly equivalent is £93.93)
They don’t get help with 25% of the rent because they have 2 spare rooms.0 -
If they don't know what the £76 deductions are for i'd advise you to ring and ask them, or put a message onto their journal under the payments section and ask.

OK so having spoken to my parents they have to pay £103 out of their own money to make up the rent. So nearly what it's meant to be?0

Not going to worry about a discrepancy of £1.24/month. There can be slight discrepancies depending on exactly how the calculations are carried out.0
