Hey everyone hope your morning is going well, I called to ask for a copy of my assessment and the automated line said I’d be paid £334 on the 31st of March, does this mean I’ve been awarded? I’m confused as it has never said this before 😕😕

Hi there
Other members have said about getting this sort of message when they call
It sounds like you have been given an award but I wouldn't take it for granted you need to wait for the decision letter
Have you had any back pay paid into your bank as this in most cases happens before you get the letter if its first time award0 -
Hi @emma2002x congratulations on the good news! May I ask how long before March 7th did you have the text regarding them receiving your assessment? Just wondering for myself as I’ve saw a few people have a decision in 2-3 weeks. Thanks in advance 😊1
