I currently am on UC and have limited capability for work due to Aspergers. I also receive 320 a month pip. Can I claim the disability element

Hi,Disability element? Do you mean LCWRA? If so then because you were found to have LCW then you can report a worsening of condition, if you think any of the LCWRA descriptors apply to you. You can see them here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activityIf you do this then you will be referred again for a work capability assessment and you'll be sent more forms to fill out and return. Another assessment is most likely.
