Hello, good afternoon.
I currently receive LCWRA on my universal credit claim. I was just wondering as my grandad has recently received Attendance allowance, am I able to claim to be his carer and get carers allowance even though I get LCWRA too?

No. You cannot receive the carer element and the LCWRA element.
