in Start here and say hello!
Ive just joined Im not sure what to say. But all I can say is I came across this site as I was researching what happens when the DWP does not meet its deadline before the case goes before a judge. At present in my case they are 9 days over this due date

    Don't worry about now knowing what to say. You've done a good job of telling us about your situation here. 

    I'm sorry to hear that the DWP have missed the deadline, as I'm sure that must be frustrating for you. Do you mind me asking which benefit you're appealing a decision on?
