Hello, I'm obviously new to this site. I've never been on one before. But this stuff makes you look everywhere for help and answers.

I'm on day 5 of a nasty flare up. I can't seem to find any soft foods that don't cause pain. Had my first soft scramble eggs this late morning with some applesauce. It's 4 hrs later and still cramping up. Do I stay on a semi soft like Jello, pudding for a few more days? I did order clear protein drink. Has anyone had that?
