in Start here and say hello!
I am waiting for pip decision on review form I sent back I am worried sick because if pip payments stop I may as well be dead

    How did you find the form?

    There are long delays for some reviews so you could be waiting several months maybe longer. 
    Another assessment is most likely which could be by telephone, video or face to face. If one is needed once a date becomes available you will be contacted.
