Its a hard graft keeping the boat warm in winter yes, and gas & coal has doubled for everyone but I have to cycle to get mine in heavy bags & bottles which is exhausting. I teach so atm am chopping wood in the dark and praying for spring! I cured Scouts tumour a year ago so I’m doing it again and will keep curing them as they emerge, she has cancer for life now it’s about suppressing it and healing the rumours as/when they emerge. Thanks for your support

Dealing with depression and anxiety I’ve been trying out various hobbies to keep myself occupied and distracted. I recently tried out some art. It has not gone well…

This is the nearest Park to me, "Haden Hill House and Park" just two minutes away in the car.
Note to those I mentioned, medication change, I am back on my old meds and think GP was reprimanded as hospital has always done my medication "Pain Starting to feel my old self and have managed to visit two parks and a can, will share
