I am disabled with limited mobility and I have a pressure sore on the top of my foot from tight slipper. I’m concerned about it as yesterday it was dry but brownish in colour then I changed the type of dressing and today it looks horrible. I can’t get an appointment with Dr . I struggle getting out the house and into a car. I’m concerned as don’t know what to do. The first picture was yesterday and second picture is today after different dressing. Pictures 1Dry but brown

Unfortunately, we are not medical professionals so we can't give any medical advice. I'd advise you to speak to your GP or nurse if you have any concerns.

You need to get it looked at in case it's infected call your gp you could send them pictures . District nurses can come out and do dressings and monitor it

Hi @Mandie4711 I can appreciate how much of a worry this is for you, so thanks for reaching out. It's always advisable to get in touch with a medical professional if you have any concerns over your body, health or wellbeing.
Does your GP surgery offer any form of online consultation like an econsult service?
If you are very worried and would like more urgent help, I would encourage you to contact the NHS 111 service.
I see Jane has suggested district nurses, could you ask for someone to come out to you from your surgery?
Do you have any friends or family who can help support you at the moment, or any carers who you could speak to about it? -
District nurse won’t come out and tried Dr all last week but no appointments at all. The surgery doesn’t have online services unfortunately.janer1967 said:You need to get it looked at in case it's infected call your gp you could send them pictures . I'm sorry to hear this @Mandie4711, keep trying with the district nurse, and give 111 a call if you can.District nurse won’t come out and tried Dr all last week but no appointments at all. The surgery doesn’t have online services unfortunately.
If you're asked to go to the doctors to get this seen to as an emergency and you need support, is there anyone close by who could help with that?
