    Can I ask, do you mean you are looking to see if there is help out there because of any illness or disability? or are you advertising that you need help and looking to pay someone to help?

    You will need to do a search for your local area but you'll likely need to pay for the help you receive. I'm not aware of any grants available for this.

    Maybe contact the Council with your circumstances, see what they have Scheme wise.
