    My ex has taken my son out of my care for 11 days to live with him and his new fiancee and now has stopped my dla for him.
    His autism is not as bad now he's 15,he goes out on his own on trains and buses.
    Can I get it stopped completely for my son and my ex will have get him reassessed

    You can’t just stop a DLA award.

    Just so I understand more clearly, have you received any letters from the DWP about any changes to your son's DLA?

    Do you know if your son will be coming back to you soon?
