@lmarie3004 I called because I am too impatient, she said everything is taking a little longer than usual at the moment but it is with a case manager at the moment, she can't say a timeframe because It just depends how many cases they have in that load.1

Maybe a really silly question but is there a phone line you can call to see what stage your claim is at without actually talking to someone?? My anxiety is getting the better of me with this whole thing and the thought of talking to someone makes it worse but this waiting game is an absolute killer. I received a text last Monday morning to say they've not made a decision yet then the Tuesday I had a letter through the post saying they have everything they need to make s decision but nothing since 😔0

@MontyKen23 I don't believe so, there is an automated line if you push option 6 and go through the security but I think if they haven't made a decision It will just put you through to a person.
