    Hi sorry my mum is terminally my adult kids are playing up I had enough I'm trying to please everyone I feel so alone and in a way scared

    Everything is getting to me wish it was me they say I have survivers guilt cause I had it years ago I know it sounds stupid but it the way I'm feeling x

    It sounds like your feeling overwhelmed  
    Do you have family that can support you like brothers or sisters.  It doesn't  sound stupid how you feel

    Yes I have but u can't talk to them I've had enough of it all I feel so alone

    I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. Please don't feel guilty because you survived the same. Can I ask, do you have any support around you for your mum? or do you have anyone to speak to? I'd encourage you to reach out to Marie Curie. They have nurse professionals who help support the families of those who are terminally ill.
