Thank you! I definitely will do that. Hopefully they will make changes for the next concert they host there so others have a better experiencejohndtay said:With all these problems it may be worth contacting the location’s management team. If there are these problems they need to make changes. Clearly there needs to be some: I’d suggest contacting them on these details: https://faq.liverpoolfc.com/portal/en/kb/articles/contact-us-accessible-contact-options
even if nothing else they should get you in touch with the right people there - it’s very bad CS from what you’ve experienced.0 -
So I didn't get tickets for Anfield. The system was so bad and so unfair.
But I did manage to get a wheelchair space and 1 companion ticket for Wembley. Bittersweet as I'm glad I get to go but sad I don't get to go with my friends. Hate that disability can be so isolating sometimes0 -
Glad you finally managed to get tickets even though you had to go to Wembley. I think maybe Taylor Swift's team need to know how difficult it's been to get accessible tickets.1

@DayDreamBeliever I'm sorry it wasn't the way you wanted to go, but glad to hear you got tickets to see Taylor
