Woo well done! Glad you got tickets. I'm hoping to be as lucky on Wednesday for Liverpool!1

@andrewkuk thanks for replying and so pleased you got tickets and through so quickly. It must be the luck of when a phone line comes available as I tried hundreds of times to get through and when I did was on for 2.5 hours before getting cut off! Yes will try again tomorrow
thanks again1 -

I'm glad to hear you had great support when in Manchester tooi recomend it as a venue if your ever that way, they have a very eclectic range of artists on.i hadnt even seen pete tong apear in a permenent (ie,not warehouse project) manchester night club line up since he played red light @ sankeys soap all them years ago.albert hall is so ancient though it isnt acesible to everyone which they shoud go into a bit more on there website-im going to contact them about it.people it woud stop from atending woud be anyone using mobility scooters or power chairs who cant self transfer to an 18 inch seat inhouse attendant wheelchair, and anyone who needs to use the acesible route and the stair climber for any other reason but cant cope with the loud noise of the climber moving (its like a squeeling tank on wheels)anyone who woud struggle with height (as you are left hanging over each block of stairs while being slowly dragged to the next block).i thought the staff were amazing,i hadnt mentioned yet they brought me into the staff bar and let me neck a few drinks before being brought to the accesible stairs had put me on the guest list and my staff told me i drank over £60 worth of booze thinking my support staff was paying for it.-acesibility area is right next to the stage but above ,your about 10ft from the artist, the pictures terrible due to the amount of fog or smoke machinery in there, had to leave at the start of claptones set because of my pain.sorry, i know this thread is about wembley, ill shut up.@Joanne7 one of my ex support staff is one of the biggest fans i know of taylor swift but i had never heard of taylor till i met that member of staff, shes spoken to taylor at all her UK gigs and autographed her many, many times, shes showed me loads of there chats and signings ,she seems to have a lot of time for the fans, the reason im saying this is if you dont get anywhere with this, what about using one of the social media platforms to contact her with whats going on? sorry i wish i coud help but wembleys system is different to what ive ever come across. stadiums of an older age were never built with acesibility in mind -some of these football grounds have absolutely terible acesible hotlines.i honestly wish you warmth and hope to both you and your daughter!1

Good luck today for the people trying to get tickets.
fingers crossed for you all 🤞🎤
I hope that in the future venues can give out more information or videos about their accessibility and support on offer.
I've got anxiety over the car park I have booked as it says it's the disabled car park at Wembley but there's not a great deal of information other than a postcode of how to get there. I'm sure the company that booked the car parks will send all information closer to the time of the concert.I'm not sure that the accessibility teams at these venues understand the anxiety and difficulty we have booking tickets.Maybe we could have a discussion topic with information and experiences people have had attending concerts, football matches and other events to act like a database. It does seem to be a bit of a minefield and a lottery as the weather you can get accessible tickets.

This is a great idea @andrewkuk I think that would be really useful for the community And congratulations to everyone who has got tickets, I'm so excited for you!
Today is my last day here sadly, but tomorrow I'll be off to Wimbledon once again! In the times I've attended wheelchair access largely been well thought out, but we've certainly had moments we'd rather forget when it comes to accessibility there!0 -
Hi. Well done @andrewkuk! I tried to get through to buy accessible tickets today for Taylor Swift at Wembley, but no luck. Will try tomorrow. Does anyone know if I can buy 3 accessibility tickets? One for my 14 year old disabled daughter, one for me (mum/carer) and one for my daughter's friend who does not have a disability?

sell you an extra ticket. If it’s a wheelchair space they usually sit the extra person in the row infront, otherwise it should be 3 tickets together2 -

I'm not sure what access control to the disabled toilets would be. It may be radar but it could be open to all due to this invisible disability guidelines.0

Trying to get accessible tickets today for anfield was a complete nightmare. I called over 2000 times for almost 4 hours straight - the entire time the lines were supposed to be open. Finally got through to the options at 7.25 to be told the lines were now closed, 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. Anfield said today from 4pm-7.45pm was the only time you could buy access tickets. I'm going to call tomorrow anyway but not holding my breath. Unfortunately if I'm not able to get a wheelchair ticket I won't be able to go so will just have to try and not be sad or bitter when my friends all go!0

I'm sorry you have not managed to get tickets. It seems everyone is having very different experiences. Some positive and a lot of negative.
I hope you have better luck tomorrow 🤞0 -
@andrewkuk thank you. The general consensus I've seen about anfield has been very negative experiences all around unfortunately. People are very disappointed about how it has been handled by them.
I think only being able to get accessible tickets by phone is ironically not very accessible but what can we do!
Thank you for your wishes of luck for tomorrow, I'm going to need it!0 -
With all these problems it may be worth contacting the location’s management team. If there are these problems they need to make changes. Clearly there needs to be some: I’d suggest contacting them on these details: https://faq.liverpoolfc.com/portal/en/kb/articles/contact-us-accessible-contact-options
even if nothing else they should get you in touch with the right people there - it’s very bad CS from what you’ve experienced.0
