    Getting there. Have been struggling coming to terms with my diagnosis of Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy

    I'm sorry to hear that. Have you got someone on the medical side, like a nurse on consultant you are able to talk to? I hope we can be a place of support for you too :)<3

    Yes. I am under the psychologist at the hospital. But finding it tough for not only myself but also hard for my family to come to terms with it

    Glad to hear you are getting support. It may be worth enquiring with your psychologist for support for your family, or even if they can facilitate it, a group session?
