Hello to you all here and a very Merry Christmas. My name is Mike and I am pleased to find this forum. I am very new to the world of Orthotics. During 2023, I have had several hip surgeries which have resulted in my left leg now being 4 centimetres shorter than my right leg. I have had one pair of shoes adapted for this leg inequality and I'm certainly finding it's making life moving around on crutches easier. I'm hoping that through this forum I can learn from others about how to maximise the use of Orthotics to minimise my disability. Thank you.

Welcome @mikemullett to Scope community
I hope we can help you out with orthotics. I hear it does take some getting used to but they're amazing at helping mobility and preventing long-term issues. I don't know any users off the top of my head that use them but I hope we can help find you info about them and maybe more.
