    My mum and my sister came down to see me had a lovely visit brought me some lovely flowers.

    That's nice @Lou67 how's the pain 
    I'm enjoying the peace now everyone has gone home. One of my grandsons is getting assessed for autism or something simular. Which could take years. He gets support at school, very hyperactive. But he's cute and sweet too

    I know what you mean it’s lovely to see them but also lovely when it’s back to peace and quiet 🤭

    Its not to bad a bit uncomfortable but I’m keeping on top off my painkillers.

    Oh you have nothing to be ashamed off your a strong woman who has came through a lot in your life. 

    You’re so kind to take the dogs for them when they want them looked after, I just think it’s shocking they don’t give you something for it.
     I’m sorry as I know you said you’re not wanting anything but it would be nice to be offered.
    I hope you’re relaxing now.

    Thanks no I don’t go back for physio they just gave me a few pages off exercises to do, but said if I need to just get in touch with them.

    Glad that’s you back to normality and nice to know Betty’s been carefully groomed lol 
    Im doing not to bad with pain I’m making sure I take my painkillers on time.

    Oh there’s a new series off Trigger Point starting at 9.
    The first series was really good.

    Aww thank you, I’ve still got some pain but to be expected I suppose it was major surgery.
    But I’m on strong meds Ada so it could be worse.
