    Ha ha @Sandy_123 we have just walked the dog and am about to drive to the shops with my Mum to get some things for this weeks meals, she has lots of Mary Merry cook books and has been looking in them this morning for new ideas and is going to make a few! :)

    My son and my granddaughter Lottie came to visit this morning, then my daughter came and we all went to visit my mum for an hour.

    Hi how’s your eye feeling now.
    My knees not to bad thanks.
    But my legs like a heavy numb feeling, I will speak to the District Nurse tomorrow and ask for advice. 
    I’m a bit anxious about getting them out, but it’ll be fine.

    So sorry you still have had no luck with the doctor I think it’s shocking.

    Aww that’s terrible I’m so sorry you had such a bad experience at your physio appointment, especially after plucking up the courage to phone for the appointment and then to push yourself to go.
    I hope you feel better soon.

    Hi it’s not as red as it was but not completely away, I still have a couple off days worth off antibiotics left to take.

    Sorry to hear you had a bad physio appointment @Biblioklept :/ I hope it's not something that puts you off though, or maybe you can request a change that makes it better?
