    try to stay positive life can really suck sometimes.but it can change on flip of coin And every day small steps just taking time for yourself take deep breath and soon you’ll see the rainbow in the sky with a smile on your face. Everything will get better and everyone on this site is here for you. You are loved and appreciated reaching out  was the right thing to do

    I'm sorry to hear you have been feeling so low and have feelings of not wanting to be here. Can I ask, have you got support around you? 

    I see you are new to the community! Have you had a chance to check out our Coffee Lounge or Games Lounge? It's a great way to take your mind off things, get to know more people and make friends :)
