My name is Francesca. I'm 22 and live in Lancashire. Diagnosed with CP (Cerebral Palsy) from a young age but this hasn't stopped me from doing anything.
Three months ago I started a blog documenting its twists and turns.
Very soon I will be discussing loneliness, fear and isolation surrounding disability so please keep your eyes peeled!
