Hi, my name is jmcaloran!

HI  my name is Jackie. 4 years ago I was bullied in my workplace and I went through mental torture at that time. I ended up in a mental hospital were they diagnosed me suffering from Bipolar 1 .  I've had 5 admissions into the same hospital this past 4 years  but thankfully am currently stable and hospital free since April 2015. I have tremendous support from my family , friends , cpn and the medical team. I'm currently seeing a counsellor once a week and I find her very helpful and understanding .
